Current Contest

                                      Oral Hygiene Contest    
                                                                                                        
In order to enter our ongoing hygiene contest at your appointments you must:

                     1) receive an "excellent" grade  on your oral hygiene
                     2) arrive on time 
                     3) have nothing loose or broken 
     
This entitles you to enter your name in the drawing. Only Dr.Wong and staff may give you permission to do so. A name will be drawn every six weeks.

Remember to do your 5 Step Nightly Routine!

The winner of the drawing will receive a $25 gift certificate to Bellevue Square!
